I happened upon these sites as I was looking for some design inspiration:
“NJ Ticketing – State Police–Latest NJ State Police Initiative
Thought you should know, 101.5 FM confirmed all of this…..
New Jersey will launch a 30-day speeding ticket frenzy. The state
estimates that 9 million dollars will be generated in speeding tickets.
1 million will go to pay state troopers overtime. There will be 50 state
troopers on duty at all times patrolling the 9 main intersections and
highways.
They are the following:
I-295 north and south
1-95 (Jersey Turnpike) north and south
1-80 east and west
I-287 north and south
I-78 east and west
I-195 east and west
1-280 east and west
Rt. 130 north and south
Garden State Parkway north and south
5 mph above the limit can justify a ticket and every state trooper
is supposed to pull a car over and write a ticket every 10 minutes.
They have issued 30 brand new unmarked Crown Victoria cruisers and they are
bringing all their part timers on full time.
The price of a ticket for violation of NJ Law39:3-29 (failure to show your driver’s license, registration, or insurance card at the time you are stopped) is going from $44.00 to $173.00. Please make sure your vehicles have the proper documents in them. If you jump in the car to run to the store and forget your wallet with your license in it and you are stopped…. Oh well… you just spent $173. And the fine for not having all three documents is $519!!!
The fine for hand held cell phone use while driving will be going up to $180. AND a yearly charge on your insurance!!!
BE CAREFUL
This past weekend, I went with my school to upper NY…mountains area.
It was reaalllyyy fun! The whole high school was on one floor along one hall way.
The food was great, considering that we brought mostly our own
. The weather…well, it could’ve been nicer, but at least it didn’t rain the whole time.
Basically, I didn’t go to sleep Saturday night…my friends and I stayed up and saw the sun rise. It was beautiful! Finally we all fell asleep at 6:00 am…we left at 7:00 am lol.
We made a big camp fire and had smores!! lol and we put on a talent show…that was really funny !
Everyone was crying that they’re gonna miss my class (seniors), that was at 2:00 am so we were all overtired lol
On the way back, everyone was sleeping! There was not a sound on the bus except for the motor.
That’s all i guess…oh yea! I went around with a video camera just taping the ordinary stuff that went on…mostly boring but still, memories…
This week is finals week. It comes along with having no more school
I have one test tomorrow and then the rest of the week I have two tests a day.
I’m really excited for school to finally be over…but the problem is I have to study every night…
Today was my second to last day of high school.
Of course the teachers tried to get as many things done as possible…but that didn’t work
.
After school, I went to my grandmother’s house for a while. (she’s borrowing my car for tomorrow.)
Then as lazy as I was feeling, I actually got my homework done!! I made a list of things to do and I accomplished most of it!! yay me! lol
And now, I will go read my book…
MY FIRST ENTRY~~
The economy is in dire straits.. milk, gas, eggs and basically the price of living going up everyday..and everything we own..including houses going down….
personally ive had to rethink driving to sporting events and start taking mass transit…(especially with experts predicting $5 a gallon this summer)….i hope that it doesn’t come to lowering my milk level in my cereal lol…
HOW HAS THIS AFFECTED YOU?

Here are two good shots I took on Thursday at the beach. I went with my class and we ate pizza with my teacher, really fun!
Sunday, May 11:
My parents went away for the weekend…which left me babysitting my family.
It was interesting…i guess…I got a little taste of being a mom 24/7. It’s really tiring! On Saturday, my younger brothers came into my room asking me a few different questions at once and i thought to myself: This is how my mom feels…all the time! lol.
So today, I took my siblings out to paint pottery. It was very relaxing…well bc they were busy painting
For dinner, I just made grilled cheese…it was the easiest thing to do.
And..so far, that’s all…for now
